Tenders & RFPs
A request for proposal (RFP) is a document that solicits proposal, often made through a bidding process, by an agency or company interested in procurement of a commodity, service, or valuable asset, to potential suppliers to submit business proposals.
All RFP's to the Village of Carmacks must be submitted via the following:
- Email: CAO@Carmacks.ca
- By hand/courier delivery to the only acceptable address and department: CAO Office, Village of Carmacks, 143 River Drive, PO Box 113, Carmacks YT, YOB1C0
All RFP submissions must include the following sections to be considered complete for grading and selection:
- Proposal Submission Letter
- Vendor Profile
- Project Understanding, Concept, and Proposed Methodology
- Project Work Plan
- Proponent Experience & References
- Costs
Any RFP submission missing any of the outlined sections required for consideration may be removed from the process.
