The village does not provide Garbage pickup, although both the first nation and Yukon Housing collect from their residents.

The municipality operates a landfill site at the south entrance to town, compacting and covering household solid wastes.

The landfill is open from 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Recycling is encouraged and the depot is open one afternoon per week for return of deposit items.
